My name is Kayley and I am the Administration and Social Media Coordinator, as well as a qualified Personal Trainer.I am dedicated to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. With a focus on women's health, getting into shape, and effectively reaching goals, I strive to empower and support women on their fitness journey. I can help to design bespoke training and nutrition plans, to effectively achieve your goals without restricting and create a healthy lifestyle.

I am a qualified personal trainer, who specialises in female fat loss and working with women who want to improve their fitness and feel healthier, whilst achieving their desired goals, whether that’s body recomposition, getting stronger or simply enjoying the gym in general!
As well as helping my ladies in the gym, I also provide nutritional guidance and general accountability outside of our PT sessions, to ensure my clients feel supported in all areas! Everything I do for my clients is purely tailored to their goals and lifestyle.
I have been training for over ten years and am very passionate about wellness and nutrition and I believe that all women should have a realistic and balanced approach when aiming to reach their desired goals!
I love my job and how rewarding it is, being able to work with all different kinds of women. I particularly enjoy working with brides to be, get in shape and feel confident for their special day!
